تجديد اعتماد "أبوغزاله" لمراقبة حسابات المؤسسات الخاضعة لرقابة "هيئة سوق المال" في عُمان - Capital Market Authority of the Sultanate of Oman Renews Accreditation of ‘Abu-Ghazaleh’

مسقط – جددت الهيئة العامة لسوق المال في سلطنة عُمان اعتماد مكتب طلال أبوغزاله وشركاه – محاسبون قانونيون، (أحد مؤسسات طلال أبوغزاله العالمية)، لمراقبة حسابات الشركات والمؤسسات الخاضعة لرقابة الهيئة لمدة سنتين.

واعتمدت الهيئة مكتب "أبوغزاله" منذ إصدارها لضوابط اعتماد مكاتب التدقيق عام 2005، وأصدرت مؤخرا لائحة جديدة لضوابط الاعتماد تسهل على الهيئة متابعة وتقييم المكاتب واستيفائها متطلبات ممارسة المهنة ومدى تحقيقها للمستويات المطلوبة من كفاءة وفعالية وجودة الأداء المهني.

ووفقا لقرار الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة رقم (خ/87/2019) فقد جاء الاعتماد بعد انتهاء مكتب أبوغزاله من تلبية جميع المتطلبات الواردة في لائحة ضوابط اعتماد مراقبي الحسابات، بعد خضوعها للفحص الدقيق والشمولي.

يشار إلى أن التعاون ما بين "طلال أبوغزاله العالمية" والهيئة العامة لسوق المال مستمر في العديد من المجالات منذ إنشاء الهيئة عام 1998.

Capital Market Authority of the Sultanate of Oman Renews Accreditation of ‘Abu-Ghazaleh’ 

MUSCAT – The Capital Market Authority (CMA) of the Sultanate of Oman renewed its accreditation of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. International (TAG-Audit), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), for auditing the accounts of the Authority’s companies and institutions for two years.

The Authority accredited TAG-Audit since the issuances of the accreditation standards of auditors in 2005. Furthermore, it has recently issued a new list of accreditation controls and regulations to facilitate the mission of the Authority in following up as well as assessment of auditors’ efficiency, quality and professional performance.

The decision of CMA Executive Director No. (2019/87/X), to accredit TAG-Audit came after TAG-Audit met all requirements of accreditation regulations of auditors and after thorough and holistic study and examination.

It is worth  mentioning that cooperation between TAG.Global and CMA has been maintained and strengthened in various fields since the establishment of the Authority in 1998.
